Brewing Round 1

Howdy folks, So last Week I brewed my first ever batch of beer. Its fermenting nicely now and it is an irish draught ale. The initial brewing took 3 hours, and I recorded the whole thing on video. In a few weeks I'm going to bottle it after fermentation. I am very eager to see how it comes out. Just some general brewing notes. Hi's and Lo's

I've been down to the depths of beer drinking-(WV Sunnyside drinking 1% beer-the only kind allowed in the state), to the mildly dizzying heights of Dogfish Head brewing restaurant/Rehoboth B. with their high end glass. Our Australia Trip Report

We finally made it to Australia. After years of talking about it, we made the journey Down Under for Merideth's 40th birthday. We didn't really know what to expect. I want more beer!

I moved from Toronto to Edmonton in September of 2008, even though the beers here are great, the west doesn't have the same access to beer as Ontario does.
